what's in grants pass?

...the most common response heard when we told people we were heading down south for the weekend. Well, you didn't think we'd leave you hangin', did ya?

A guide whipped us around a bit on a Rogue River jetboat, we visited a little-known animal sanctuary (highly recommended) and simply enjoyed our leisurely weekend without the little one. The other missing party? Unfortunately, the sunshine! ):

While we lost the bet for hot weather we did find great food, a live jazz session, a small town parade and a handful of genuinely friendly folks. Will we go back? Sure. Especially to take Kiki to the sanctuary (Wildlife Images).

So that, my friends, is a taste of Grants Pass.
